IET On Campus VIT is the student representation group of Europe's largest and the world's second largest professional society, The Institution of Engineering and Technology pursued in Vellore Institute of Technology - Vellore. It’s committed to sharing and spreading STEM knowledge among the student community, to help them become standouts, by providing them training and inspiration unavailable in the confines of their classrooms.
Alphas, Betas and Gammas
Alpha series comprises of technical workshops, covering a number of topics from different engineering branches. Beta series incorporates talk sessions, covering future opportunities for various engineering branches as well as the skill sets required to build one’s profile. Gamma series is exclusive to the On Campus volunteers of IET, where in they are taught on demand skills through fun filled activities.
Aspire
School students in Vellore Area are given a taste of fun, interactive and engaging classes on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math along with tutorial sessions on Model United Nations. It functions on the base of a curriculum curated for inciting scientific curiosity among young minds.
Hack Off
Hack Off is a 24 hour first-of-its-kind hackathon, attracting close to a shortlisted count of 200 participants, it requires them to solve problem statements, right out of industries. It’s a sought after event in the college.

VIT Technical United Conference, stylized as TUC, is the nation’s first and best-in-class Technical MUN Conference. Highly acclaimed by hundreds of experienced MUNners across the globe, it continues to be the favorite MUN of lots.
Crowned with the title Best Chapter 17’-18’ in the college, it strives towards excellence in all walks of technology.
