As a leading workforce development provider we employ more than 1,100 people throughout the state of Delaware, and Delaware County, PA. We offer an array of job skills and employment programs to help people prepare for work and to deliver a qualified workforce to current and prospective employers in our region. We are a mission-driven, 501(c)(3) non-profit, working to improve the quality of life for people with barriers to self-sufficiency, through the Power of Work! We serve our neighbors – the differently-abled, veterans, those with skills gaps, justice-involved individuals and more – with job search and placement programs, hiring events, soft skills, digital skills, case management and vocation-specific training programs. Our services are made possible by individuals who donate their gently-used household items and clothing, shoppers who purchase those goods in our stores and Outlet, and organizations who contract for services through Goodwill Staffing Services.
