Go Help Africa (GHA) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that was established and has been serving various geographical areas in Ghana, Africa since 2014. Founded by Sabrina Poole, GHA has a long history of successful programs and projects improving a multitude of lives in Africa.
At Go Help Africa, we believe that education/vocational training is the greatest equalizer in the world and the foundation for brighter future. Access to these is one of the opportunities young people have to end the cycle of poverty and attain a better quality of life than previous generations.
Our long-term mission is to see all children in Africa, especially girls, have the best opportunity to learn, go to school, have adequate food, clothing and shelter, live without fear, and with expectation of equality in society.
Our aim includes:
-Community sensitization and mobilization on discrimination, etc through creative presentation such as Drama, Debates, poems, etc.
-Family tracing and assessment of needy children in their communities and families near the area of operation.
Promoting and encouraging education to families affected especially orphans left through provision of school fees, uniforms, scholastic materials to re-enter formal schoolings.
-Provision of basic needs i.e. food, clothing, medical care, etc to children heading families and children with disabilities, etc in various communities in the district and neighboring districts.
Provide skills to women and youths like tailoring, motor-mechanics and carpentry to enable them start their income generating activities.
-Fight gender discrimination and offer civic education to the poor to safeguard their rights in the society.
Provide access to education and vocational poverty.
