Fair Employment Foundation's mission is to build market solutions to end the forced labour of migrant workers in Asia.
We believe that forced labour is a solvable world problem. It happens because employment agencies and training centers charge huge fees to migrant workers but do little to prepare them for their job. But forced labour is a market problem, and market problems can be fixed with market solutions. So we employ technology driven solutions at three critical points: influencing employment agencies to operate more ethically; influencing training centers to deliver better training; and enabling employers to be market influencers.
