For twelve years, I consulted with nonprofit, government, and philanthropic agencies. I provided guidance in board development, strategic planning, and revenue planning, and made measurable differences to nearly 100 organizations. I am proud of my firm’s accomplishments.
I am no longer accepting long-term consulting engagements and will focus on providing a very limited number of event-based strategic advisory, facilitation, and training services with past cleints.
Stepping out of full-time consulting will allow me to pursue two goals.
First, I have assumed the Executive Director role at Store to Door that gives me the opportunity to lead an amazing organization and facilitate a new chapter of growth. Together we will set standards for helping seniors and those with disabilities, thrive and stay independent. Store to Door was founded in 1989 and has a proven track record of annually providing grocery delivery and visitation services to over 700 homebound seniors and people with disabilities.
Second, in the next year, I will complete the distilling of my decade of experience into a practice-based book on strategic planning for nonprofit developmental stages. It is a unique framework that has been the foundation of my consulting practice is unmatched by much of the current strategic planning literature. Click the sign-up link above to stay informed.
