I am a Business Consultant with a background in events, the creative industries and performing arts focused on helping businesses grow. Throughout my career I have been driven by a desire to solve problems, look for solutions and empower others to do the same. Creating a culture with a balance of creativity, passion and drive, where staff are happy and hardworking with a dedication to go above and beyond. My mission is to help businesses create an environment which allows the company and individuals to thrive. I have spent the last decade driving multiple brands, helping to build them into an industry leading events group. I have been lucky enough to work across a range of disciplines including event management, production, entertainment, design and retail. I love being involved in fast growing and innovative companies where I can make an impact. I relish the challenge of repositioning, refocusing and helping to energise companies to inspire positive, long-lasting change.
