E-Sports Canada Inc. (“ESC” or “eSports Canada”) is a federally registered not-for-profit organization founded in 2011 that is focused on the development of the electronic sports (eSports)# industry in Canada. ESC originated in Toronto, Ontario as a volunteer-run entity. We are rapidly expanding our operations throughout the nation and now operate in Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Alberta, New Brunswick and PEI. ESC’s commitments are: 1. To organize, promote and implement computer and video game competitions and any substantially similar activities that are collectively known as “eSports”. 2. To organize, promote and implement eSports spectating events in Canada that will increase the popularity of eSports and stimulate the growth of an eSports industry in Canada. 3. To encourage a community-oriented eSports culture that will promote a healthy balance between eSports and physical activity. We have held tournaments and events for competitive games with over 800 participants across our locations, and have produced media content and coverage. In its operations, eSports Canada provides three event organization services: venue coordination and planning, audio-visual programming, and a multi-faceted event promotion and feedback system. These traditional services are individually tailored for effective execution backed with in-depth knowledge of eSports and the gaming industries.
