Erise Williams And Associates, Inc, d.b.a. Williams And Associates, Inc, is a non-profit, community based agency addressing minority health disparities. The mission of the agency is to provide preventive health education, disease prevention, health promotion, and care services that address the health disparities of minorities in the St. Louis Bi-State region, with particular regard to African Americans. The direct services of the agency include, but are not limited to, chronic disease case management, preventative health education, wellness screenings, HIV/STD testing and counseling, and health advocacy.
