Ews Educational Trust

We award discretionary grants to close family members of people who work or who have worked in the UK rail freight industry achieve their academic, sporting and artistic ambitions, and support those with special educational needs. We offer a number of grants, including academic grants to those attending University, sporting and artistic grants for those who need help developing their individual talents and a Special Access Grant for those with special educational needs. The Trust also gives an Exceptional Contribution Award to one or two people each year, who are looking to do something academically outstanding at PhD level or above, which will benefit others.
