Dr Bell'S Family Centre

Dr Bell’s Family Centre is a welcoming place where families with young children living in Leith and North Edinburgh can get encouragement, support and advice in a relaxed environment. Our aim is to promote family confidence and resilience and our mission is to work in partnership with other local and national organisations to best meet that aim, prioritising families who find it the most difficult to access services or get the support they need. Our services include a community café, childcare sessions and family support groups. We also provide one-to-one support, specialised drop-in sessions, counselling, a summer programme of activities for families and a wide range of therapeutic activities in collaboration with partner organisations and professionals. We can also support other organisations to deliver services through provision of childcare and a welcoming and comfortable environment for their service users.
