Delando commenced operations in the 1950's as a parent-run school for young people with an intellectual disability and later an activity centre for young adults. Today - Delando is a progressive and diverse workplace providing and supporting employment opportunties for people with an intellectual disability. This opens a whole new world of opportunities to make their own money, set up their own households and most importantly make own decisions throughout their lives.
