Cymat Technologies Ltd. is an innovative materials technology company dedicated to delivering customized Stabilized Aluminum Foam solutions for our international customers and partners. (Architectural, Automotive, Military, Nuclear) Cymat has the worldwide rights, through patents and licenses, to manufacture our unique Stabilized Aluminum Foam (“SAF”). This ultra-light metallic foam is produced using a proprietary process employing the injection of gas into molten alloyed aluminum containing a dispersion of fine ceramic particles. The result is an advanced lightweight material with a wide array of features including customizable density and dimensions, mechanical energy absorption, thermal and acoustic insulation, time, temperature and strain-rate insensitivity and is recyclable. Cymat is focused on producing SAF for architecture, blast mitigation and automotive industries. Cymat markets architectural SAF under the Alusion™ trademark and automotive and blast mitigation SAF under the SmartMetal™ trademark.
