Crown Simmons Housing

Crown Simmons Housing is an independent housing association operating in Surrey, Sussex London. We have more than 700 homes in management and development, providing services for more than 1000 people. On 1 April 2020 we joined Southern Housing Group as a subsidiary. Our first homes were sheltered schemes for older people, but we now offer a much wider range of accommodation including family homes and flats for smaller households and homes for shared-ownership. Over the past few years we have redeveloped a number of our older rented housing schemes that no longer meet modern standards and have been successful in receiving funding from the Homes England and local authority partners to meet this aim.
