CongoVoice is an international partnership of people who care about the kids living in the poorest region in the poorest country of the world – Ubangi region, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The global leaders of CongoVoice are committed volunteers from varying professions dedicated to providing HOPE and OPPORTUNITY to the many orphaned children.
An estimated 250,000 people live in the Ubangi region and 10,000 of those are children living on the streets with no one to care for them. CongoVoice is partnered with world leading organizations, such as Hope International, World Vision and Paul Carlson ministry to name a few in a collaborative effort to alleviate the suffering of the Ubangi region. CongoVoice is the ONLY organization on the ground in the Ubangi region that operates with a three-prong approach to diminish poverty; delivering HOPE through OPPORTUNITY by investing in the Congolese children, students and entrepreneurs.
This hope is based on providing sanitary living conditions, daily nourishment, necessary health care and basic education. The opportunity is based on providing advanced education and training, micro-financing new local business ventures and ultimately providing a local self-sustaining economy and local employment. CongoVoice is very unique: 100% of donations go to the Congolese people in support of the orphanage, University (UPU) and micro-finance institutions with no administrative or overhead costs deducted.
