Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto (CCC) is a vibrant multicultural hub in Canada with three decades proud history in serving the diverse community. CCC takes pride in taking the leadership role in promoting and preserving Chinese culture and heritage in the context of Canadian society. Over the past 30 years, the community-focused Centre has become a Home for the West to meet the East and the Past to meet the Future where people from all walks of life and ethnic backgrounds come together, share and enjoy the cultural diversity and artistic mosaic.
Commencing in 1988, CCC has taken on various challenges building the centre brick by brick. Presently CCC has a total area of 80,000 square feet which includes the main building in Phase I, a performing art theatre with 626 seats and a multi-purpose hall in Phase II. The Centre is the largest Chinese Cultural Centre in North America and one of the most technologically advanced cultural centres in North America. Over the past 30 years, CCC has brought joy, harmony, diversity and sense of belonging to many people and newcomers so they can proudly call Canada home.
As the demographics, interests and demands of the diverse community evolve, CCC is moving forward and discovering new ways to outreach and satisfy the needs of the ever-changing community with innovative thinking. CCC is committed to cultural investments and growth and empowerment of the young generation to carry on the mission and legacy.
