We love chess, and we love our hometown, the city of Chicago. Our mission is to create an attractive and comfortable gathering place for Chicago chess players; to offer regularly scheduled chess classes and training for players of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels; and to host a full calendar of U.S. Chess Federation–rated tournament chess. The Chicago Chess Center will be the focal point of an active, vibrant and expanded chess scene—a place where the benefits of chess are accessible to all.
Chicago Chess Center NFP Inc. is a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit organization.
