Changing Worlds

Changing Worlds' mission is to foster inclusive communities through oral history, writing and art programs that improve student learning, affirm identity and enhance cross-cultural understanding. Changing Worlds' unique programming approach integrates cultural, family and community histories with writing and the arts to help participants explore their own backgrounds, promote peace and learn about others while strengthening their academic and arts learning skills. Changing Worlds is grounded in the belief that providing individuals with opportunities to explore their own identity and discover their family and individual role in society provides a foundation for them to explore the larger world.
