CONN-TEK expands its industry exposures and distributes numerous products successfully in the Asia. CONN-TEK employs around 100 people in Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong. Ms. Tinna and Mr. Kan established CONN-TEK in 1994. The start-up motive is that Mr. Kan hopes to introduce high-tech and performance-reliable connectors to enhance competitiveness of Taiwanese electronics products, thereby allowing clients’ products to be sold globally. To let clients’ products connect to the world is one of the three core values of CONN-TEK. To provide instant & professional services and to maximize benefits for all are the other two core values of CONN-TEK. These values heavily influence our selection in people and product lines. CONN-TEK’s in-house capabilities encompass market information processing & analysing, selling & distributing, problem solving, global & local resourcing, installation consulting & design, and after-sale services. In 2012, CONN-TEK accepted an across-industry challenge from SUMITOMO RUBBER Inc. and started selling construction materials (possessing very different features from electronics components). Relying on our ability to learn, collect useful market information, and distinguish product nuances, CONN-TEK’s engineering department has developed skills in planning, evaluation, design, and installation, all of which assist CONN-TEK to attain recognized construction projects.
