Business Organization For Students

Business Organization for Students (BOS) is an NGO founded in 2001 by a group of students filled with initiative, its purpose being linking the business and academic environments. Among its goals, the organization has always tried to unite people with a lot of potential, driven by curiosity and eager to develop a new and diverse set of skills. Throughout the years, BOS took on the responsibility of rasing awarness regarding the importance of education, highlighting the positive impact that volunteering has on our society. The organization was a founding member of JADE Romania, a network that's part of the international confederation JADE, currently known as Junior Entreprises Europe (JEE). At the moment, we are a consultative member for JEE, constantly sharing effective practices among business associations from all around the world. Similar to an enterprise, our organization is divided into the following departments: Communication, Creative, Human Resources, Research and Development, Sales and International Relations. Our executive board consists of one President, one Vice-president, a Senior Project Manager and the managers from the above-mentioned departments. On an annual basis, BOS members gather their intelectual forces in order to organize projects that lay the foundations for the professional and personal development of students. Within our wide range of projects, some our most significant ones are: Echilibrum, AcaMedia, IT is Business and Upgrade. Being a junior entreprise, Business Organization for Students has a portofolio containing highly effective services delivered to companies that lead the Romanian market. Over the years, we have established long-lasting partnerships based on the following services: promoting campaigns, qualitative and quantitative research, employer branding, recruitment process and event planning.
