Banjara Seva Samithi
The Banjara Seva Samithi is an humanitarian and voluntary organization established with soul motive to empower the tribal community in the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana and other places in India, in the future of social, economical, educational and over all development in agency tribal areas of both the states and gradually wants to extend throughout the country. The Banjara Seva Samithi is an organization consists of tribal particularly Banjara leaders, who wants to cater the services as per the aims and objectives of the organization for carrying their needs and proving children education such as basic necessities of life like food, clothing shelter and create atmosphere of healthy, hygiene condition for empowerment of the women, youth and to create rural infrastructure such as rural roads, safe drinking water and eliminate the age old bad habits like highly consumption alcohol and smoking etc. To eradicate bad habits in the minds of the tribal and bring good habits and give priority for education of their children. In this process the Banjara Seva Samithi so far achieved in reaching 4 mandals / Talukas of Khammam District of Andhra Pradesh, India. Before of the state the BSS reached out nearly 2 Lakhs population of tribal and particularly in Garla (Mandal/Block) 64 villages / thandas / Habitations started activity centers covering 4112 children and each thanda / habitation headed by Animator who look after their needs such as education, health etc. The Banjara Seva Samithi also provide nutritious food to ANC/PNC mothers for their sound health of self and their children this activity also covered in 64 villages / thandas / habitations. Thus Banjara Seva Samithi doing for the past 15 years for the development of the tribal of this area.
