Arts & Cultural Exchange (ACE) is a Parramatta based arts organisation working across Western Sydney. At ACE creativity meets needs that the system doesn't cater for. Working with multiple communities, platforms and art forms, we use creative, critical processes and independent thinking to envision a future we want to live in. First Nations first, we respect all peoples and strive to ensure all are thriving. Our work is distinguished by cultural competency and accountability - this aspect of the business never ends. ACE is fuelled by the multiple knowledge systems of the cohorts with whom we work. Our five program pillars are First Nations, Youth Engagement, Multicultural Women, Aged Care and Disability. Our work is iterative, and based on deep collaboration with partners from communities to international organisations. Importantly, as a provider of bespoke, co-devised programs in a range of media, ACE is an empowering grass roots academy. The artwork in our banner image is by Harrison Earl, 2013.
