Our Vision: A world without Alzheimer’s disease
Our Mission: To eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
The Alzheimer’s Association was founded in 1980 by a group of family caregivers and individuals interested in research. Today, we work across the United States with over 70 different chapters.
The Alzheimer’s Association Greater Missouri Chapter serves 96 counties and is committed to providing care and support for all those affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
We provide volunteer opportunities, education, support groups, care consultations, and a 24/7 helpline.
