Active Connections CLG is Irelands leading activity-based intervention service. Each year we transform the lives of 200 young people across Ireland. Our mission is to ‘Transform Lives Through Adventure’ We operate as a not-for-profit company Registered Charity Number. 20201356 Since inception, one of AC's goals was to actively connect with like-minded people and organisations to spread the founders’ genuine belief that the outdoors is a dynamic and powerful environment, in which people can learn to overcome adversity. We have three many services at present An activity based intervention service which support young people experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties An overnight breakaway service and A activity based corporate development/team building programme, all profits from this programme go directly to supporting our work with young people in need.
