New Energy Partners (NEP) is a specialist alternative asset manager based in Athens, Greece, registered with the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission.
NEP manages New Energy Capital (NEC), a private closed end fund established under Greek law, under the investor friendly and tax efficient Private Equity Mutual Fund legal structure (AKES).
NEC is backed by the Hellenic Development Bank of Investments (HBDI), under its Debt Fund Facility, as well as by blue-chip private investors consisting of corporates, institutional investors, family offices and the Principals of NEP.

• Renewable Energy Sources: photovoltaics, wind, small hydro, biomass & biogas as well as other renewables and energy storage
• Energy Saving: municipal lighting, building energy efficiency, alternative fuel solutions for medium and heavy weight vehicles and vessels, co-generation and tri generation
• New technologies: Greek or international companies, pursuing projects for the implementation of novel technologies relevant to broader clean energy and energy transition solutions in Greece such as network services, P2P trading, smart grids & other digital solutions, electric mobility etc.
