Planning Services offers our clients and their employees a 24/7 customer service line to our office to answer questions about plan coverage, claims mitigation, bills, pre-authorization etc. We also make sure employees are well informed by hosting the enrollment meeting ourselves and offering additional educational meetings to those who are interested. Planning Services has in-house COBRA and State Continuation options available too.
