MISSION Our mission is to connect New Yorkers coming from backgrounds under-represented-in-tech to opportunities as a UX/Design professional via no-cost, applied skills training. Our 4- to 6-month program offers modules in visual design, human-centered design, entrepreneurial skills, and coding, as well as a capstone portion in which the participants complete a hands-on work with a real client. We believe our graduates are not a charity hire but a quality addition to any ambitious team. Our alumni are currently working at IBM, JPMorgan Chase, Etsy, Code+Theory, BrainPop, Pfizer, and more!
