All four restaurants serve up the finest and most authentic Italian cuisine.
With the opening of the Group’s first Italian restaurant - DiVino Wine Bar & Restaurant, in March 2003, DiVino Group has succeeded in bringing the taste of ‘Little Italy’ to Hong Kong. Since then, DiVino has become one of Hong Kong’s most popular hangout and dining destination.
The triumph of DiVino acted as a springboard to the opening of another restaurant in year 2007, named Spasso, stands for Happiness and Joy in Italian; In Hong Kong, it stands for Italian cuisine at its best. Spasso has been continuously receiving excellent reviews from gourmands and food critics, and has established itself as one of the top Italian restaurants in town. It was located in Harbour City and will be operating in Empire Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui East from October 2013.
The success of Spasso jumped off to the opening of Carpaccio Pasta Pizza Vino – a modern Italian trattoria focusing on simple, fresh and classic Italian foods. Carpaccio is set to take the Group’s F&B business to a whole new level by introducing a new brand of contemporary Italian casual dining restaurants and eateries chain in Hong Kong to meet the growing demand for a healthier and simpler eating culture.
In July 2012, the fourth restaurant of the group – DiVino Patio- opened its doors, bringing traditional Italian food to Wanchai (Brim 28).
