Sinopec Engineering Group Saudi Co. Ltd is a subsidiary of SINOPEC Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd (SEG) in China, authorized by and on behalf of SEG to develop and execute engineering and construction businesses in Saudi Arabia. It is the sole entity on behalf of SEG to enter In-Kingdom (IK) contracts with Clients in Saudi Arabia. SEG is the engineering and construction arms of China Petrochemical Corporation (SINOPEC Group). SEG provides clients with wide range of services including feasibility study, technology licensing & process design, front end engineering design (FEED), detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, maintenance and overhaul.
