Career Training Concepts, Inc. (CTC) is a small business incorporated in the state of Georgia providing training, publishing, and personnel support services.
CTC was founded in 1973 and has a wealth of experience in providing quality solutions to meet the specific needs of government agencies and other private and public organizations. We focus on enhancing the personal and professional balance of individual training participants and employees as a primary method for ensuring organizational stability and productivity. Some of our credentials:
• Over 15 years experience as a government contractor providing manpower support to federal and state agencies. CTC has placed over 1,000 full-time contractor employees with a variety of skill sets throughout the country. We have the developed expertise to successfully recruit and retain in the areas of: administrative support, legal support, IT, marketing, recruiting and retention, job training, medical records, training development and instruction, and contracting support.
• CTC has created and delivered a wide range of training programs for government agencies, corporate clients, and non-profit entities. To date, over 400,000 students have participated in our various training seminars covering topics such as leadership development, team building, and sales.
• CTC has published a variety of educational products. Since 1987, over 7 million students have participated in CTC’s Career Direction Program, an Army National Guard high school outreach program. CTC is also partnered with the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the creation and publication of the H.E.A.R. bullying prevention program. Launched in 2013, it has been utilized in all 50 states and reached more than 500,000 students.
