Working with natural and nutritious ingredients, we innovate foods and experiences to improve planetary health. Through curation of events, workshops, and catering systems, we seek to empower people through building healthy habits and sharing wellness knowledge - all to achieve lasting positive impact in our society.
We've also built a retail F&B concept in benko(@eatbenko), a clean Japaneasy deli in Hong Kong. With the philosophy of "taste first, health within", we serve fast warm bowls of bentos and salads with complete nutrition and wholesome flavours. The deli also operates on a carbon neutral model constructed since inception – with estimation methods and offset strategies in place since day one to feed people the right way.
