National Power Supply Co. Ltd. (NPS) was incorporated on July 7, 1995 to operate two mixed-fuel power generators with a total capacity of 327 MW under Thailand’s Small Power Producers Program (“SPP”). Currently, NPS has two investments comprising an 100% investment in BECO and an investment in a related company TPG. NPS is also sponsoring new power projects on build-own-operate basis under Thailand's IPP program developed by EGAT and EPPO.
