The Chair of Integrated Analog Circuits and RF Systems (IAS) was established in 2002. The aim of the chair is the addition of mobile research activities of the faculty in the areas of: Integrated Radio Frequency(RF) systems RF CMOS circuit integration Design methodology for RF Systems-On-Chip(SoC) The research areas of Chair of Integrated Analog Circuits primarily cover all aspects of the integration of wireless systems based on silicon semiconductor technology. This includes all the essential functions from the RF, analog and mixed-signal circuit design to the basic components of the digital signal processing.
