MakerBay Foundation is a non-profit organisation aimed at achieving positive social and environmental impact through maker education and design thinking training. We co-create different innovative projects with the youth and community in order to tackle the needs of our society. Our co-working makerspace is equipped with tools and machinery for woodworking, metalworking, sewing, laser cutting, 3D printing and coding, supporting everyone to create their designs and products. Through collaborating with youth, social workers, educators and professionals from different industries to deliver programmes and training, we are committed in promoting maker education, impact innovation and entrepreneurship. MakerBay Foundation 是一間非牟利組織,旨在通過教育大眾創客技能及設計思維,與青少年和社群一起實踐不同的創新項目,解決社會及環境問題。我們的共享創客空間提供木工、金工、縫紉、鐳射切割、3D打印、電子、編程所需的工具和設備,協助大眾創作自己的作品。我們為青年、社工、教育工作者及不同行業人士設計活動及培訓,推動創客教育、影響力創新,培育創業家。
