ReloShare was founded by Matt Singley and John Moats, who met while attending Bradley University in 2005. Matt launched Pinnacle Furnished Suites, a provider of short-term corporate housing, while John joined as Systems Architect, developing innovative tech solutions.
Recognizing the need to simplify the B2B corporate housing booking process, they conceived the idea of ReloShare—an aggregate reservation site with real-time inventory and instant booking. However, the course of their journey changed when they discovered the scarcity of shelter spaces for domestic violence victims during the Covid-19 pandemic.
They partnered with The Network: Advocating Against Domestic Violence and developed a real-time corporate housing booking platform, housing over 100 survivors in under 2 months. This led to the launch of ReloShare. With the addition of Paige Allmendinger to the team, they introduced Safe Stays, the first hotel booking website addressing the unique challenges faced by domestic violence agencies.
Driven by a mission to make a lasting impact, ReloShare continued to evolve. Recognizing the value of strong relationships with hotel brands, they introduced Building Blocks—an exceptional room block contract team offering unbeatable rates.
Today, ReloShare utilizes its instant-booking technology to power custom hotel and corporate housing reservation systems, ensuring access to safe and reliable accommodations for clients and sectors that have long been overlooked.
