The Southeastern Pennsylvania (SEPA) Chapter of the American Red Cross is part of the largest and most diverse service organization in the United States. We serve nearly 4 million people in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.
We provide food and shelter in emergencies, assist members of our armed forces and their families, teach lifesaving skills, and more. All American Red Cross disaster assistance is free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the American people. Established in 1916. The Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter was founded in 1916 as a chartered unit of the American National Red Cross. Today SEPA is one of the largest American Red Cross chapters in the country, serving nearly 4 million people of Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.
