Welcome to Fatz Café! We opened our doors in 1988 in a vintage, converted peach shed in South Carolina with a signature dish, World Famous Calabash Chicken. Three decades later we’re going strong with amazing Southern-inspired, Chef-designed steaks, seafood, ribs and more.
