We have been growing futures since 1845 both nationally and internationally, delivering education relating to agriculture, business, cultural heritage and the rural environment. As the first agricultural educational institution in the English speaking world, established in 1845, the University offers a range of different undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses in agriculture, food, business, the environment, equine, cultural heritage, land management and property. It has an enviably high employment rate of 94%, maintained over the past five years, which can be attributed, in part, to the strong industry links maintained by the RAU. The University has an international student body from 45 different countries, and a powerful network of more than 14,000 alumni who continue to be at the forefront of the land-based sector worldwide.
