In 1993, US Durum Products became the first couscous manufacturer in North America. Rooted in the city of Lancaster in Pennsylvania, we can observe a tradition of strong work ethic and quality made products. US Durum was able to grow their product offering into a symphony of delectable couscous items.
With a 40,000,000 pounds annual capacity, US Durum maintains its position as the largest Couscous manufacturing facility in the USA.
In December 2015, USDP started the first manufacturing machine of Toasted Pearl Couscous in the USA and the first to make it organic, with an annual capacity of 20,000,000 pounds.
In January 2016, a new state-of-the-art packaging facility was installed to service all of our customers’ needs for retail, food service, and industrial products. Since its very creation, US Durum is committed in producing high quality products using premium ingredients, innovation, and expertise.
