In partnership with transport for NSW, ConnectSydney is maintaining the Harbour Zone, undertaking routine maintenance, tactical projects and rehabilitation/refurbishment works on civil and Intelligent Transport Systems assets. ConnectSydney delivers all works while actively striving for innovation, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and proactive management of risks to maintain the safety of our road users, our teams, and our supply chain partners. ConnectSydney brings together established organisational cultures, knowledge and capabilities to deliver best possible contract outcomes. Each of the partner companies – Service Stream, Boral, and Johnson Controls bring unparalleled understanding of the transport and road network. ConnectSydney has been awarded Transport for NSW’s Sydney Roads Asset Performance Contract (SRAPC) – Harbour Zone. The contract aims to establish a ‘whole of asset life’ approach to road maintenance and construction and will cover routine maintenance, tactical projects, network support and improvement works. ConnectSydney will deliver across the Harbour Zone for the next 9 to 15 years. Together, we will deliver the best approach to manage and maintain assets to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
