Founded in 1987, Handmade Speciality Products is a family-run bakery manufacturer based in Coventry, U.K. Having started out from a small production kitchen, the business has grown to become one of the market leaders in manufacturing baked products including flapjacks, muffins, gingerbread, cookies, cakes and traybakes. Still operating as a family-run business, our products are now produced in a BRC A grade facility and supplied to a range of Foodservice and Retail customers throughout the U.K. and Europe.
