Established in 2018, the New Zealand Construction Alliance (NZCA) is a partnership of culturally aligned regional construction companies, providing nationwide construction coverage through local delivery. With over 635 years’ collective directors experience, each partner in the alliance is a standout performer in their respective region with a proven track record in commercial construction. Collectively, our nationwide team provides a diverse network of construction experts that work together to deliver outstanding construction projects across New Zealand at a local level. NZCA was born out of the challenges faced within the New Zealand construction industry, with the well-documented struggle of construction companies delivering a national service in a sustainable manner. NZCA provides a solution to this problem through our “National Coverage, Local Delivery”, offering national coverage through the regional Partners and their strong, trusted relationships with experienced local subcontractors and supply chains. Through the alliance, NZCA directly employs over 1,000 staff including our own carpentry and labour teams, and have a strong commitment to the growth, development and training of our staff and apprentices. With our unique structure delivering national projects locally, we have the ability to make a wider socio-economic impact as a tangible industry lead for real regional growth and development by utilising our local teams, suppliers and sub trades.
