Rattiinox has developed the third generation of radial diaphragm valves.
These valves are extremely CIP-friendly due to the clean aseptic design of the valve bodies and radial diaphragm without any low - or zero - flow areas typical of weir-type valves.
The diaphragms are machined from solid pre-compressed PTFE with low friction so even sticky biotech proteins slide off and extreme resistance to aggressive CIP chemicals and high SIP temperatures.
The range includes 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3" and 4" tank bottom, sample, in-line, POU, diverter, etc. - most with options of flow-behind the seat - and a vast range of combinations such as lower point CIP+SIP with steam trap, double block & bleed, aseptic transfer assemblies, etc.
All valves are offered with a wide range of port options to guarantee optimum SIP-condensate drainage and permit extremely compact circuits with less tubes, elbows, no tees, no dead-legs (L/d=0), less hold-up volume and less welds to validate.
