Standard Energy Company Inc. is a private Virginia based Delaware Corporation that is focused on energy to include natural gas development, production and marketing within the Northern Appalachian region (West Virginia) of the Northeastern USA. The company is seeking investment capital to expand the development of the 17, 000 acres of 100% owned rights to this property located in Preston County, WV. The production of natural gas and coal will be from well established productive rock units to include the Marcellus Shale and coal beds for CBM production.
