Trützschler India was established in 1977 in Ahmedabad as a subsidiary of the German textile machinery manufacturer Trützschler Group SE. It employs 900 people who manufacture and assemble a significant portion of Trützschler’s spinning portfolio such as blow room, carding or combing machines. In addition, the company has a card clothing division which is equipped with flat top pin setting machines, grinding cylinders and profile wire line for rigid wire, to support the increasing demand for card clothing products from domestic and global markets. The parent company Trützschler Group SE is headquartered in Mönchengladbach, Germany. Trützschler has stood for expertise in fiber and spinning preparation for more than 130 years. The family business employs more than 3,000 people worldwide, around 750 of them in Mönchengladbach.
