Process approaches its projects in two distinct ways. First, we do not define a line where architecture stops and interior design begins. We approach design in a more holistic or European manner: design is simply problem solving. Whether applying this approach to something as small as a spoon or as large as a city, the basic concept is the same. In this regard, our firm’s strength is in designing the whole environment, from the smallest details in finishes and graphics to the sculpting of the largest spaces and forms. For example, while designing the prototype store and branding image for a new retail concept, Process was responsible for the introductory press kit, including the design of the enclosure and graphics, the corporate logo, and the written content.
Second, Process works with clients in a way that our name suggests. We do not present a completed design to a client for their approval; we work with them collaboratively to develop the solution. The client is part of the process throughout the entire project.
