In providing experiential learning opportunities, Ideal Experiential Learning has designed different learning modules under different initiatives, catering to different category of individuals and age groups.
In all its initiatives, Ideal Experiential Learning has designed and developed learning opportunities, wherein the experiences are either Staged or Open, with all the dimensions of experiential learning such as immersion, initiative and analysis, initiative, and immersion, involved in the design.
The purpose of doing so is to actively involve the learner in the experience at a more personal level, provide a scope to the learner to reflect on the experience, engage the learner to conceptualize the experience by using analytical skills, enhance knowledge in the learner, and develop a habit of using new ideas gained from the experience, in different life scenarios.
