Porsgrunds Porselænsfabrik (Porsgrund’s Porcelain factory) was founded in 1885. From the start the factory has been a leader in its field with its innovative solutions and inventive, courageous and creative approach towards customers. The factory has been home to some of Norway’s leading product designers like Nora Guldbrandsen, Tias Eckhoff and Konrad Galaaen. Bogstad Stråmønster (Bogstad model with a straw design) is our oldest service and is still hand painted in the factory in Porsgrund, as it has been since 1887. The Norgesglass range of porcelain products are also produced in the factory. Porsgrunds Porselænsfabrik AS is owned by Atle Brynestad and is part of 3 Norske AS group.
