HRCH provides community health services for people registered with GPs in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, and also serves a wider population across south west London for a range of more specialist services. On 1 July 2024, community services in Hounslow were transferred to West London NHS Trust. We have submitted a case to NHS England to merge with Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust towards the end of 2024. Every day our professionals provide high-quality healthcare in people’s homes and convenient local clinics.
