The New Mobility World is an event of and by IAA – the leading motor show in Frankfurt and Hanover. After the 2011 precursor Hall of Electric Mobility, the New Mobility World opened its doors in 2015 for the first time. From the onset, it was the world’s largest platform for digitization, decarbonisation and new forms of mobility. The event also laid the groundwork for the three main formats FORUM, EXPO and LIVE. In 2016 the startup format NMW Lab was born, and in cooperation with Dronemasters the event also took to the sky. In 2017, NMW again proved its leadership with 250K international attendees, 250+ participating companies and organisations and 40 hours of conference program. In 2018, the New Mobility World will again be at home at the IAA CV. At the same time, it will expand its activities beyond the IAA and beyond the German borders. The NMW EXPO will take place from September 20–27, 2018. The first Press Day is September 19, 2018, and the NMW FORUM will be from September 24–27, 2018.
