The RIBW Arnhem & Veluwe Vallei is giving guidance and protection to the social weak members of our society, with the purpose of enlarging their autonomy and self-guidance. People with braindamage, psychiatric illness, drug and alcohol abuse and young people from unhealthy familysituations are getting our help.
